United Rights Foundation invites companies registered in Albania to submit offers for car rental with driver, for monitoring and field visits carried out by the project team between October and December 2026.

Scope of the service

• Approximately 18 travel days, in groups of two to three consecutive days.
• A vehicle for at least 4 passengers, not older than 8 years, with valid insurance and technical inspection.
• Driver, fuel, tolls and parking included in the price per day.
• Travel starts and ends in Tirana.

Required documents

• Extract from the National Business Centre (QKB) and NIPT.
• A short list of references from similar services.
• Financial offer per day, in ALL, including VAT.

Selection criteria

Offers are evaluated on price (70%) and on the technical capacity of the company, including the condition of the vehicle and previous experience (30%). All companies that submit an offer are informed of the result.
